IMPORTANT: * ConnectAuto.parts is NOT a parts retailer or supplier. We do not sell, stock, ship, or warranty any automotive parts.
We act solely as a conduit. We provide the platform for businesses to discover one another. Any transaction, purchase, or agreement made between users of the platform is strictly between those third parties.
No Endorsement: Listing a business on our directory does not constitute an endorsement of that business’s products, services, or reliability.
2. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL & PAYMENTS
Access to the full features of the ConnectAuto.parts directory is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscription Fees: By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the Company the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.
Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused accounts.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT
As a subscriber and member of the ConnectAuto.parts ecosystem, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Conduct all business interactions with other members in a professional and legal manner.
Refrain from using the directory to "spam" other members or harvest data for unauthorized use.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE "PARTS" DISCLAIMER)
Since ConnectAuto.parts is not involved in the actual sale of parts:
No Liability for Transactions: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any parts advertised by businesses in our directory.
No Liability for Disputes: Any disputes regarding part fitment, shipping delays, payment failures between buyers and sellers, or defective products must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Indirect Damages: In no event shall Virtue Auto Parts or ConnectAuto.parts be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising out of your use of the platform.
5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or the reputation of the Company.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
